Job Summary

Join our team as a Plumbing Assistant, where your assistants will help complete plumbing projects to life! In this role, you will support skilled plumbers in installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems across various jobs. Duties

Assist with the installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems using hand tools and power tools
Support pipe threading, pipe fitting, and pipe installation activities on sites
Operate power tools safely following established safety protocols for power tool use and welding procedures
Help with remodeling projects by supporting carpentry, assembly, and handyman tasks related to plumbing systems
Maintain a clean and organized work environment by properly storing tools and disposing of waste materials
Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot mechanical issues and ensure plumbing system compliance with safety standards

Experience

Prior experience or familiarity with plumbing is preferred
Basic knowledge of plumbing systems, pipe installation techniques, and mechanical schematics is highly desirable
Hands-on experience using hand tools, power tools, and power tool safety practices
Strong mechanical aptitude combined with basic math skills for measurements and calculations
Previous handyman or maintenance experience in construction or residential settings is advantageous

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
