Welder/Fabricator Wanted

We are looking for a motivated Welder/Fabricator to join our manufacturing team. This position may be part-time or full-time, depending on experience level, skill set, and willingness to learn and work. Shop and Mobile welding.

The ideal candidate is dependable, hardworking, detail-oriented, and interested in growing their skills in welding and metal fabrication. Experience is preferred, but we are also open to someone who has a strong mechanical mindset, a good attitude, and the desire to learn.

Responsibilities include:

Reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
Fabricating, welding, and assembling metal components
Performing MIG, TIG, FCAW, and/or SMAW welding
Using measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers
Operating shop equipment such as press brakes, plasma cutters, and sheet metal machinery
Assisting with rigging, assembly, and installation of fabricated components
Following all safety procedures and maintaining a clean, safe work environment
Working with team members to complete projects accurately and efficiently

Preferred qualifications:

Experience in welding, fabrication, construction, or manufacturing
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
Knowledge of shop math and accurate measuring
Experience with sheet metal, piping, structural steel, or similar fabrication work
Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, forklifts, and shop equipment
A strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
