We are seeking an experiencedSuperintendent to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is a motivated leader with a strong work ethic who is willing to travel and oversee commercial roofing projects while ensuring quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Supervise commercial roofing crews and job sites.
Coordinate project schedules, materials, and subcontractors.
Ensure all work meets company quality standards and safety requirements.
Communicate effectively with project managers, customers, and team members.
Complete projects on time and within budget.
Travel to project locations as needed.

Qualifications:

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Willingness to travel
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
