We are seeking someone with great sales and people skills, great managerial and organizational skills, common knowledge of computers and they must be up to date with the latest service and installation techniques while ensuring a great and safe work environment. Please have knowledge and experience in managing a project or service incident from the planning and sales stages of a the service call or the installation, to job preparation and execution. All the way to completion.

JOB/POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

Service & Sales of Residential and Commercial HVAC equipment.
Installation of Residential and Commercial HVAC equipment.
Refrigeration piping.
Gas pipe processing.
Sheet metal work and fabrication.
Service & Sales of Residential and Commercial Boilers & Domestic Water heaters.
Installation of Residential and Commercial Boilers & Domestic Water heaters.
Service & Sales of Residential and Commercial HVAC IAQ (Indoor Air Quality) equipment.
Installation of Residential and Commercial HVAC IAQ equipment.
Service & Sales of Residential and Commercial HVAC Zoning equipment.
Installation of Residential and Commercial HVAC Zoning equipment.
Service & Sales of Commercial Refrigeration equipment.
Installation of Commercial Refrigeration equipment.
On-Call availability.

JOB/POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

Good technical knowledge in HVAC, IAQ & refrigeration service & installation.
Good technical skills in HVAC, IAQ & refrigeration service & installation.
Measuring skills.
Time management skills.
Good People & communication skills.
Good Organizational skills.
Common computer skills.
Current EPA Certification.
Current/Valid Driver’s License available.
Good driving record.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
