We need a few top-tier professionals to join our small, high-performing crew. If you meet these standards, we want to talk:

Proven Experience: A minimum of 3 years of hands-on HVAC work experience is required.
A "Hit the Ground Running" Mentality: You must be a self-starter who takes extreme pride in your work. We need someone mature, highly capable, and able to take initiative without being prompted. Cutting corners is not an option.
Professionalism & Safety: You understand that leaving a clean, safe worksite is non-negotiable. It reflects our commitment to quality and safety.
Reliable Transportation & Realistic Commute: You must have your own reliable vehicle and be willing to work across the entire Bay Area. Applicants living outside of a realistic daily commute to the Bay Area (e.g., San Jose) will not be considered.
Physical & Mental Stamina: You are in good physical shape, mentally healthy, and bring a strong, positive work ethic with no attitude.

Key Requirements

3+ years of professional HVAC experience.
Clean Driving Record and Current Driver's License.
Ability to accurately measure and perform calculations using fractions.
Comfortable with heights, ladders, and tight spaces.
Demonstrates logical thinking and sound judgment.

Big Pluses

Experience in Sheet Metal or Basic Electrical.
Photos or examples of previous work.
Bilingual skills.
A good sense of humor (we work hard, but we like to keep the mood light!).
