Southern Services is seeking an experienced framing carpenter to join our growing team. Our projects include luxury remodels, additions, structural repairs, decks, porches, commercial renovations and property maintenance. Responsibilities

· Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.

· Lay out and frame walls, floors, roofs, additions, decks, and structural components.

· Build concrete forms when required.

· Perform structural repairs, remodeling work and maintenance repairs.

· Maintain safe, clean, organized job sites.

· Work effectively with project managers and other trades.

Qualifications

· Experience as a framing carpenter.

· Ability to read blueprints and construction plans.

· Skilled with hand and power tools.

· Must provide your own basic carpentry hand tools.

· Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and communication skills.

· Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
