Skill Precast is looking for a construction-minded Project Manager / Inside Sales person to join our precast concrete company. This role is a good fit for someone who understands construction, can read plans, communicate with customers, and help move projects from estimate to delivery.

Responsibilities include:

· Estimate and price precast concrete projects

· Review plans, specs, and project details

· Meet with builders, contractors, subcontractors, code inspectors, and potential customers

· Make site visits as needed for inspections and planning

· Coordinate and schedule logistics of trucking, cranes, etc.

· Work with production team and customers to keep projects on track

· Follow up on leads, quotes, and active jobs

Ideal candidate:

· Has construction experience

· Can communicate clearly with contractors, framing material suppliers, and customers

· Can communicate clearly with engineers and drafters

· Is organized and able to manage multiple projects

· Is contentious and detail oriented

· Understands jobsite conditions, scheduling, and project coordination

· Is comfortable with estimating, pricing, and customer follow-up

This is a hands-on role with room to grow for someone who wants to be involved in both sales and project management in the construction industry.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
