Key Responsibilities

Manage all punch list items from walkthrough through final completion.
Visit job sites regularly and verify that work is completed to company standards.
Track every remaining task and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
Hold subcontractors accountable for deadlines and quality.
Coordinate with vendors responsible for cabinets, plumbing fixtures, lighting, flooring, tile, appliances, hardware, paint and finish materials.
Verify that all finish materials arrive correctly and on schedule.
Work directly with buyers during the final stages of construction.
Resolve customer requests quickly and professionally.
Support the Project Manager in delivering luxury homes on schedule.
Maintain detailed reports and communicate project status daily.

Location Requirements

Must live in Chicago's North Side or the North Shore suburbs.

Daily travel between active job sites is required.

A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are required.

Work Stability

Candidates with multiple short-term positions or a history of changing jobs frequently are unlikely to be a good fit.
