Electrical Project Manager

Hayes & Lunsford Electric, LLC is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead commercial and industrial electrical projects from pre-construction through closeout. Candidates must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening. Relocation assistance is not available, and third-party recruiters will not be considered.

Job Responsibilities

Manage electrical projects from start to finish, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality compliance
Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and procurement plans
Review electrical drawings and specifications and provide technical guidance
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions
Conduct jobsite visits to ensure safety and workmanship standards are met
Prepare project documentation, change orders, billing, and closeout materials

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience
Proven experience managing commercial and industrial electrical projects
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and industry standards
Proficiency with project management software
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
