What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be the face of Three Jay, providing expert service to a diverse client base. Your day-to-day will involve:

Service & Repair: Diagnosing and fixing residential split systems, heat pumps, gas furnaces, and commercial RTUs.
Maintenance: Performing thorough "Three Jay Standard" tune-ups to keep our customers’ systems running year-round.
Consultation: Educating customers on their system health and offering honest solutions for repairs or replacements.
Documentation: Keeping clean, digital records of work orders and parts used.

What We’re Looking For

Experience: 7 years+ of hands-on HVAC service experience.
Certification: EPA Universal Certification (Required). NATE or State Journeyman license is a plus.
Skills: You should be a "troubleshooting pro" with a solid grasp of electrical components and refrigerant circuits.
Mindset: A clean-cut, professional attitude and a commitment to keeping a tidy workspace (and van!).
Requirements: A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are musts.
