Who We Are

AstroWatt Cooling & Heating makes home services easier, faster, and more connected. We're a friendly team built on trust, results, and less hassle for everyone.

As an Electrical Service Technician, you'll join a growth-oriented team that puts customer experience first. If you want strong support, accessible leadership, and a place where doing what's right matters, you'll find it here.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll work 40 to 50 hours a week helping people solve real home service problems. This role requires accountability, teamwork, flexibility, and a focus on customer experience.

If you want recognition, support, and a clear path to grow, this role gives you room to build more than a paycheck. You'll be part of a team that values curiosity, emotional intelligence, and continuous improvement.

Why Work With Us

You'll get health benefits and unlimited PTO, extensive training opportunities, and real paths for career advancement.

You'll also get extras most companies don't offer: free therapy access, team events, company anniversary celebrations, and so much more.

This role is for someone who wants recognition, strong support systems, accessible leadership, and a team that values growth, accountability, and human-centered leadership.

Who We're Looking For

You'll thrive here if you're warm, reliable, coachable, and serious about doing right by people. You treat customers like family, handle high expectations, and want to grow.

You're positive, personable, and high in emotional intelligence.
You do what's right even when it's hard.
You're honest, accountable, and dependable.
You embrace feedback and keep improving.
You're flexible, adaptable, and comfortable with technology.
You're a team player who wants career growth.
You care about customer experience, not just getting through the day.
You should not apply if you avoid accountability, reject coaching, or treat customers like transactions.
