Otterly Amazing Pools is launching a new custom pool construction division. We are looking for an experienced Pool Construction Project Manager to build and manage residential/Commercial swimming pool projects from excavation through final inspection.

This is a leadership position for someone who knows every phase of pool construction and can successfully manage projects, crews, subcontractors, schedules, materials, permits, and customer communication.

Responsibilities

Manage custom swimming pool projects from start to finish
Coordinate permitting and inspections
Order and schedule all materials
Hire, supervise, and manage field crews and subcontractors
Schedule excavation, steel, plumbing, electrical, shotcrete, decking, equipment installation, plaster, and startup
Maintain quality control and ensure projects stay on schedule
Communicate with homeowners throughout construction
Ensure compliance with OSHA and Arizona building requirements
Keep projects on budget while maintaining exceptional workmanship

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of swimming pool construction management experience
Thorough knowledge of residential pool construction
Experience with permitting and inspections
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Ability to read plans and manage multiple projects
Valid Arizona driver's license
Professional appearance and excellent communication skills

Compensation

$85,000–$90,000 DOE
