Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a future Lead Carpenter based in Oconomowoc, WI. The Lead Carpenter will manage and execute carpentry tasks such as framing, finish carpentry, and remodeling projects. Responsibilities include operating and maintaining both hand and power tools, ensuring accurate measurements, and delivering high-quality craftsmanship. The role requires working collaboratively with team members, mentoring less experienced carpenters, and ensuring project timelines are met efficiently and safely.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Carpentry and Framing, with experience in detail-oriented work
Hands-on experience using Power Tools and Hand Tools safely and effectively
Specialized skills in Finish Carpentry, with attention to precision and detail
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to interpret blueprints and project plans
Experience in supervising projects and mentoring team members is a plus
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines
Physical fitness to perform job duties, including heavy lifting and working in varied conditions
Previous experience in a similar role and a valid driver’s license

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
