Duties

Prepare detailed construction estimates by analyzing blueprints, schematics, and construction plans using advanced estimating tools and project management software.
Develop comprehensive project budgets, including cost management strategies for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
Coordinate project schedules to ensure timely completion of projects.
Manage teams on-site and in-office by overseeing construction site activities, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, construction regulations, and regulatory compliance.
Lead project coordination efforts by reviewing contracts, managing project timelines, and ensuring all construction plans align with client specifications and industry standards.
Interpret technical drawings and facilitate accurate execution of construction projects.
Monitor project progress through regular site visits, schedule updates, and cost control measures; adjust plans proactively to mitigate risks.
Foster strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to promote collaboration and ensure project success.

Requirements

Proven experience in industrial construction estimation and project management with a focus on paper, power, chemical and heavy manufacturing projects.
Proficiency in construction management software.
Extensive knowledge of construction scheduling techniques including construction schedule coordination and project timeline management.
Strong understanding of construction regulations, safety standards, and regulatory compliance requirements across various jurisdictions.
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and construction plans accurately.
Demonstrated success managing teams in a construction management role with excellent leadership skills.
Exceptional organizational skills with a focus on time management and project leadership.
Construction site experience is essential to understand field operations thoroughly.
Excellent communication skills for effective project coordination and client engagement.

Total compensation is flexible based on experience and what the individual brings to our company!

Pay: $80,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
