We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on mechanical systems, HVAC units, refrigeration equipment, and kitchen appliances to ensure optimal performance.
Troubleshoot and repair various mechanical systems, including HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning/Refrigeration), plumbing, electrical components, and kitchen equipment.
Install new appliances and mechanical systems following schematics and technical manuals with precision.
Conduct repairs on appliances such as ovens, refrigerators, dishwashers, and other kitchen equipment to minimize downtime.
Operate company vehicles safely for maintenance tasks that require off-site work or parts transportation.
Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and wiring diagrams to diagnose issues accurately.
Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities, repairs performed, parts used, and inspections completed to ensure compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a service technician or maintenance technician with a strong background in appliance repair and mechanical systems repair.
Knowledge of HVAC systems including air conditioning units, HVAC & appliance technology, and refrigeration troubleshooting.
Ability to read schematics and technical manuals for complex mechanical or electrical systems.
Hands-on experience with appliance installation, repair, and maintenance—especially kitchen equipment.
Familiarity with maintenance, repair and operations (MRO) practices across diverse mechanical systems.
Construction experience or background in building maintenance is highly desirable.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients.
Valid driver’s license with experience operating company vehicles safely.
Leadership qualities that support team collaboration and problem-solving under pressure.
