We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team! Duties

Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on mechanical systems, HVAC units, refrigeration equipment, and kitchen appliances to ensure optimal performance.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems, including HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning/Refrigeration), electrical components, and plumbing issues promptly.
Keeping the pool and spa in running order. Able to become a Certified Pool Operator.
Conduct detailed diagnostics using schematics and technical manuals to identify issues accurately before executing repairs.
Maintain detailed maintenance logs, service reports, and inventory records for all equipment and parts used.
Collaborate with team members to lead small projects or assist in construction-related tasks involving mechanical systems or facility upgrades.

Skills

Extensive experience with appliance repair, HVAC system repair, refrigeration maintenance, and kitchen equipment servicing.
Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret schematics and technical diagrams effectively.
Proven expertise in HVAC & appliance technology along with experience in maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO).
Skilled in diagnosing issues related to air conditioning systems and mechanical systems repair.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with team members and clients about technical issues.
Ability to operate construction tools safely and manage equipment repair projects independently or as part of a team.

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
