Job Title: Finish Carpenter – Unit Renovations & Punch List Specialist (2+ Years Experience Required)

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Finish Carpenter with at least 2 years of finish carpentry experience to join our rapidly growing team, specializing in unit renovations and punch list work. Our dynamic environment fosters collaboration while providing the resources and support you need to succeed.

Job Duties Include:

Installation of trim and moulding
Installation of cabinets
Installation of fixtures
Completing punch list items with attention to detail
Ensuring job site cleanliness, safety, and organization
Following the established scope of work
Tracking project timelines
Coordinating with Leads regarding materials and communication with other trades

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of professional finish carpentry experience required
Experience with unit renovations and punch list work preferred
Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic
Must be able to pass a background check. Background check is required as a condition of employment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
