Reports to: Operations Manager and Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Superintendent to lead and oversee commercial roofing projects for Supreme Roofing Systems Inc. This pivotal role involves managing on-site operations, ensuring safety and quality compliance, maintaining accurate documentation, and keeping projects running smoothly from start to finish. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a sharp eye for detail, and a solid understanding of roofing job specs, safety standards, and site management. Duties

Take accurate metal measurements at the start of each job
Maintain housekeeping and grounds keeping standards on site
Ensure daily reports are accurate and supported by photo documentation
Enforce safety compliance according to OSHA standards and company policy
Keep inventory stocked and organized for production jobs
Attend warranty inspections and coordinate with inspectors on detail questions
Maintain accurate time records for the crew
Manage and submit all required paperwork, including change orders, daily reports, JHAs, return sheets, and cleanliness/safety/organization documentation
Submit daily reports before 7am, with same-day afternoon submission preferred
Complete daily probing based on the prior night's layout
Maintain professional rapport with existing and potential clients
Keep the work truck clean, stocked, and organized
Track and turn in job return sheets and manage equipment check in/out
Read and interpret job specs, assembly plans, assembly letters, and specifications
Track material order counts throughout each project
Maintain daily inventory
Contribute to a team-first culture on every job site

Experience

Proven experience as a Superintendent or Foreman in commercial roofing
Strong working knowledge of OSHA safety standards and job site compliance
Ability to read and interpret job specs, assembly plans, and technical documentation
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail on daily reporting and paperwork
Strong communication skills with both crews and clients
Comfortable managing inventory, material counts, and equipment tracking
A reliable, team-oriented approach to leadership on site

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
