We are seeking a highly motivated Welder/Fabricator that has experience and knowledge in fabricating, misc metal repairs, steel structure installation, maintenance on fabricating stairs, rails, and other miscellaneous metals. Must be able to understand shop drawings and symbols, possess good math skills, must be able to read blueprints/specifications and follow directions/exact details. In addition, our ideal candidate for this position will be certified in FCAW, SMAW and GMAW welding. We do require every potential employee is already certified or gets certified.

Responsibilities

Ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations and safety standards.
Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate fabrication and installation.
Conduct quality control checks throughout the project.
Maintain effective communication with project managers and supervisors that are coordinating the project.
