We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Field Service Technician to join our team and deliver exceptional on-site service for a wide range of commercial and residential appliances, HVAC systems, and mechanical equipment. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, installing, and maintaining various mechanical and electrical systems to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction. Your expertise will help keep essential systems running smoothly, providing reliable solutions that meet our clients’ needs. Responsibilities

Perform troubleshooting, diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of appliances, HVAC systems, refrigeration units, and mechanical systems in diverse settings.
Install new appliances, HVAC equipment, and mechanical components following manufacturer specifications and schematics.
Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to extend equipment lifespan and prevent breakdowns.
Read and interpret technical schematics, wiring diagrams, and mechanical drawings to accurately diagnose issues.
Operate company vehicles safely while traveling to various customer locations; maintain a clean driving record.
Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repairs clearly, answering questions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Document all service activities thoroughly in work orders, including parts used, repairs performed, and time spent.

Requirements

Proven experience as a service technician with a focus on appliance repair, HVAC/R systems, or mechanical systems repair.
Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot complex equipment issues efficiently.
Familiarity with schematics, wiring diagrams, HVAC & appliance technology standards.
Experience with refrigeration systems, air conditioning units, kitchen equipment maintenance, and appliance installation.
Ability to operate maintenance tools safely and effectively; experience with MRO (maintenance, repair & operations) is preferred.
Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude; able to communicate technical information clearly.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; ability to operate company vehicles responsibly.
Physical ability to lift heavy equipment, work in confined spaces or elevated areas, and perform manual tasks as required.
Leadership qualities are a plus for mentoring apprentices or junior technicians.

Pay: $25.00 - $32.15 per hour
