Overview
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in maintaining and repairing HVAC systems. This role involves working with various types of equipment, and requires the ability to read and interpret schematics. The HVAC Technician will play a crucial role in ensuring the comfort and safety of our clients by providing high-quality service and maintenance.

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
Troubleshoot and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment.
Read and interpret schematics to diagnose issues effectively.
Conduct field service operations, including installation and repair of HVAC units.
Execute equipment repairs and replacements as necessary.
Maintain accurate records of service performed and parts used.
Collaborate with property maintenance teams to address HVAC-related concerns.

Experience

Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role is preferred.
Strong mechanical knowledge related to HVAC systems and components.
Ability to silver solder is a plus.
Experience in reading schematics and technical drawings.
Background in field service operations is advantageous.
A commitment to safety practices in all aspects of work is essential.

Pay: $62,400.00 - $83,200.00 per year
