Overview

We seek a skilled HVAC Technician to join our Service Department. We are a team-oriented workplace with great benefits, including an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).

Duties

- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, including air conditioning systems.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC systems, using an ohmmeter and other diagnostic tools.
- Drive a company van to and from job sites.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including detailed notes and photographs.
- Comply with all safety regulations and company policies.
- Provide field service and technical support to clients, ensuring their HVAC systems are functioning properly.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in HVAC technology.

Skills

- Experience with HVAC systems, oil heat, LPG, and air conditioning.
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools, including an ohmmeter.
- Ability to operate a van for field service calls.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to repair and install HVAC
- Friendly and clear communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical stamina and ability to work in a variety of environments.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Current valid driver's license required, and other licensure is welcome (CDL, CDL-Haz-Mat, Master Plumbing, etc)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $36.00 per hour
