Journeyman HVAC License is strongly preferred.

Plumbing experience is a major bonus and creates additional earning opportunities.

What You'll Do

Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems
Install complete HVAC systems and equipment
Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical components
Perform preventive maintenance and system tune-ups
Explain repair and replacement options to homeowners
Recommend upgrades that improve comfort and efficiency
Complete digital invoices and documentation using ServiceTitan
Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle
Follow all safety procedures and company standards
Deliver an outstanding customer experience on every call

Qualifications

Journeyman HVAC License preferred
Minimum 2 years of residential HVAC experience
Proven experience diagnosing and repairing heating and cooling systems
Installation experience is highly preferred
Sales experience or comfort presenting repair/replacement options is highly desired
EPA Certification preferred
Plumbing experience is a plus
Strong electrical troubleshooting skills
Excellent communication and customer service
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor conditions
