Pay:

Performance Based Commission: High performers will have ample opportunities to earn more than $100k per year.

Responsibilities:

Installation, Maintenance, and Repair: Execute installation, maintenance, and repair on residential HVAC systems with precision and expertise.
Routine Maintenance: Perform routine upkeep tasks such as coil cleaning to ensure the longevity and efficiency of HVAC systems.
Diagnostic Expertise: Utilize keen diagnostic skills to troubleshoot HVAC systems, identifying and addressing root causes of issues promptly.
Component Repair/Replacement: Skillfully repair or replace damaged components within HVAC units, including compressors and motors, to restore optimal functionality.
Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and protocols while conducting HVAC maintenance and repair activities.
Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair tasks performed, including comprehensive notes and estimates.
On-Call Rotation: Participate in an on-call rotation.

Requirements:

Expert Knowledge: Possess in-depth knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment, including the ability to work on Communicative HVAC systems.
Problem-Solving Prowess: Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose complex issues and develop effective solutions.
Customer Service Excellence: Exhibit strong customer service skills to interact with clients professionally and provide exceptional service experiences.
Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly as part of a team, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Valid Driver's License: Hold a valid driver's license for operating company vehicles.
Bilingual Proficiency: Must be fluent in both English and Spanish to effectively communicate with our diverse customer base.
