We specialize in commercial storefront, curtain wall, entrances, glass replacement, and specialty glazing projects for general contractors, property managers, schools, healthcare facilities, and businesses throughout the region.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for an experienced Commercial Glazing Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes ownership of projects from award through closeout.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and solution-oriented. They communicate well with customers, general contractors, vendors, and field personnel while keeping projects on schedule, within budget, and profitable.

What You'll Do

Manage multiple commercial glazing projects simultaneously.
Review contracts, specifications, and construction drawings.
Coordinate material procurement and fabrication schedules.
Work directly with general contractors, architects, suppliers, and owners.
Schedule field crews and subcontractors.
Track project costs and profitability.
Prepare submittals, RFIs, change orders, and closeout documentation.
Attend project meetings and site visits.
Ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
Resolve field issues quickly and professionally.
Maintain excellent customer relationships throughout each project.

What We're Looking For

Required

3+ years of commercial glazing project management experience
Strong knowledge of storefront, curtain wall, entrances, and commercial glass systems
Ability to read architectural drawings and specifications
Experience with project scheduling and coordination
Strong communication and organizational skills

Preferred

Bluebeam experience
Glazier Studio, PartnerPak, or similar glazing software
AutoCAD experience
OSHA 30
Commercial estimating experience
Glazing superintendent experience
