Shift Incentives

$1.00/hour Weekend Shift Differential for all hours worked.
4 Additional Paid Hours each week when you arrive on time and work all of your scheduled shifts.

What You'll Do

Lay down clean, consistent MIG welds on custom trailer components.
Operate welding equipment, plasma cutters, and overhead cranes safely.
Read build sheets and measurements with precision.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
Inspect your work—we don't cut corners, and neither should you.
