Overview
We are looking for a skilled Residential Service Technician to estimate and install HVAC work for our residential customers. Responsible for customer interaction, quoting, scheduling, and coordinating with Viper dispatch. Must maintain tools, adhere to safety protocols, and ensure compliance with permits and inspections.

Responsibilities:

Estimate and install HVAC work, coordinating with installers on occasion.
Communicate with customers and present quotes.
Schedule appointments and oversee job completion.
Maintain tools and follow safety procedures.
Ensure compliance with permits and inspections.

Schedule:

7 am to 5 pm Tuesday through Friday
On call rotating Saturdays

Qualifications:

2 + Years of previous experience preferred
Proficiency in estimating and installing HVAC systems.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Comfort with technology and problem-solving.
Detail-oriented and organized.
Valid driver's license required.
