Duties

Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on mechanical systems, HVAC units, refrigeration equipment, and kitchen appliances to ensure optimal performance.
Repair or replace HVAC systems, air conditioning units, refrigeration components, and kitchen equipment with precision and attention to safety standards.
Install new appliances and mechanical systems, ensuring compliance with manufacturer specifications and industry regulations.

Experience

Proven experience as a Service Technician or Maintenance Technician with a strong background in appliance repair, HVAC/R systems, refrigeration, and mechanical systems repair.
Hands-on experience with appliance installation, kitchen equipment maintenance, HVAC system repair, air conditioning units, and refrigeration systems.
Knowledge of maintenance operations including repair & operations (MRO), equipment repair, and preventative maintenance procedures.
Construction experience or familiarity with building systems is a plus; leadership skills are valued for guiding team efforts.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients or team members about technical issues.
Valid driver’s license and own transportation are required.
