Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Auto Body Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair and be proficient in various techniques related to auto body work. This position involves repairing and restoring vehicles to their pre-accident condition, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Duties

Assess vehicle damage and determine necessary repairs using auto estimating techniques.
Perform body repairs including straightening, welding, and fabricating parts as needed.
Utilize airless paint spraying methods to apply finishes and ensure a smooth, professional appearance.
Replace or repair auto glass as required for vehicle restoration.
Operate power tools and equipment safely and efficiently during the repair process.
Work with sheet metal to restore vehicle structure and aesthetics.
Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Ensure all repairs meet dealership standards for quality and safety.

Skills

Proficiency in airless paint spraying techniques.
Strong knowledge of auto estimating processes.
Mechanical aptitude with experience in automotive repair.
Ability to fabricate parts as needed for specific repairs.
Experience with auto glass replacement and repair.
Familiarity with dealership standards and practices is a plus.
Competence in using power tools effectively and safely.
Skilled in sheet metal work for vehicle restoration.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

Pay: $27.02 - $32.54 per hour
