We're growing — and looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our commercial/industrial construction team in Fort Wayne. This is a role for someone who doesn't wait to be told what to do — you see the gap and close it. You're comfortable running a job from concept to completion, moving fluidly between the office and the field, and keeping clients, crews, and schedules aligned.

What You'll Do

Be the main point of contact for clients — delivering updates and solving problems before they become bigger ones
Build and manage detailed project schedules, keeping every stakeholder in the loop
Develop Schedules of Values, monitor budgets, and flag financial risk to the Senior PM
Run daily safety procedures, lead safety meetings/inspections, and document site activity
Lead OAC meetings and keep quality, codes, and compliance on track
Manage subcontracts from award to closeout, tracking performance and resolving disputes
Coach and develop your team through delegation, feedback, and conflict resolution
Champion the company's vision and mission, and help drive organizational change

What You Bring

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering
5+ years with a Commercial Design-Build Contractor
Proficiency with Adobe, Bluebeam, Procore, and Timberline
Deep knowledge of construction methods, technology, and equipment
Strong communication, planning, and supervisory skills
Willingness to work 10-hour days in a fast-paced environment
Comfort operating within an EOS-driven organization

$85,000–$115,000 base, based on experience
