We will beat any compensation plan from any other roofer across the front range. Please provide proof of your current compensation plan....

Job Type: 1099 / Full Time

Compensation: 55/45/12 profit split on all projects sold, plus incentives. 55% of profit split goes to the project manager. 12% goes to the company to operate the business.

Start Date: Immediately

We are a newer company but have over 7 years combined experience in the industry and will provide everything necessary to make sure you are successful! RESPONSIBILITIES

Generate conversations with homeowners in targeted neighborhoods
Identify signs of storm damage or age - related roof damaged
Coordinate and attend inspections with experienced team members
Help homeowners understand timelines and insurance procedures
Participate in weekly performance and skill development sessions

This job is not easy but it is very very simple and your confidence and income grow each appointment!

Sales Representatives - 50/50/12 ...Only worry about selling and signing contracts!

Project Manager - 55/45/12...............Sell, sign contracts, and manage your jobs

Sr. Project Manager - 55/45/10.........Sell over 1M yearly, sign contracts, manage your own jobs.

QUALIFICATIONS

Strong communication skills
Positive attitude and goal driven
Ready to learn and try new things
Comfortable getting on roofs, working outside, and walking for extended periods
Must be 18+ and have reliable transportation
