Full-Time | In-Office Mon–Fri with Saturday rotation | $20–$25/hour + Incentive Plan

Bender Plumbing Supplies is hiring Counter Sales Associates for our New Haven, Waterbury, Norwalk and Stamford locations. We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused Counter Sales Associates who want to be a part of a fast-paced and culture forward environment.

What You’ll Do:

Provide excellent customer service in person, by phone, and via email, and process transactions using our point-of-sale and WMS systems
Fulfill customer orders, arrange pickups, and handle returns and exchanges professionally
Increase sales by promoting new products, specials, and trainings, and proactively growing your product knowledge
Collaborate with the team to maintain inventory accuracy and a clean, organized counter area

Requirements:

5+ years counter sales, customer management or customer service
Experience with contractors, construction, or trade customers
Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred:

Wholesale plumbing, HVAC, electrical, or building supply experience
