What You'll Be Working On

Residential HVAC service and repair
Light commercial HVAC service
Central air conditioning systems
Gas furnaces
Heat pumps
Ductless mini-split systems
Preventative maintenance
System diagnostics and troubleshooting

Compensation

$70,000–$100,000+ annually
$10,000 sign-on bonus ($2,500 after 6, 12, 18 & 24 months)

Monday–Friday
8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Rotating emergency on-call schedule

What We're Looking For

Required:

Connecticut S-2 or D-2 HVAC License
EPA Section 608 Certification
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

We're open to licensed technicians of all experience levels. We'd rather invest in the right person than simply

hire the longest résumé.
