Overview
We are seeking a skilled Aircraft Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial aircraft maintenance, overhaul and repair in an MRO Part-145 facility, ensuring the safety and efficiency of our fleet. This role requires attention to detail, technical expertise, and a commitment to adhering to industry standards and regulations. The location is in Pinal County, AZ as is a long-term, Contract-to-Hire Opportunity.

Duties

Perform routine maintenance, overhaul and repairs on various aircraft systems, including airframe, engines, and flight line.
Utilize precision measuring instruments to assess aircraft components and ensure compliance with specifications.
Interpret schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot issues effectively.
Operate Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software and CATIA for design modifications when necessary.
Conduct equipment repairs using appropriate tools and techniques, including sheet metal work.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
Collaborate with other mechanics and engineers to ensure all repairs are completed efficiently and safely.
Utilize coordinate measuring machines for precise measurements during inspections.

Qualifications

Proven experience as an Aircraft Mechanic in a Part 145 facility with MRO
Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments and tools related to aircraft maintenance.
Strong understanding of airframe structures, systems, and components.
Ability to read and interpret technical documentation, including schematics and maintenance manuals.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Relevant certifications or licenses (e.g., A&P license) are required.
