A fast-growing, $40M+ regional roofing and exterior contracting company is seeking a Vice President of Residential Sales to lead our residential division. This executive leadership role is ideal for a proven residential roofing sales leader who is ready to own strategy, build high-performing teams, and drive profitable growth.

What you'll do

Lead, recruit, and develop a high-performing residential sales team.
Own the residential division's P&L and sales strategy.
Expand into new markets and drive sustainable growth.
Build training programs, sales playbooks, and coaching systems.
Oversee lead generation through digital marketing, canvassing, and referral programs.
Deliver accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility to the executive leadership team.

What we're looking for

5+ years of residential roofing sales experience.
3+ years of sales leadership or management experience.
Proven success in building and scaling residential sales teams.
Experience with retail (non-storm) roofing sales.
Strong business acumen with P&L responsibility.
Experience opening new territories or markets.
Proficiency with CRM platforms such as AccuLynx, FollowUp Boss, or similar.

What we offer

Base Salary: $110,000–$140,000
Performance Bonus: Up to $100,000+
Total Compensation Potential: $210,000–$240,000+
