The Installation Manager is responsible for leading and supervising the technical team (installation and service techs), delivering exceptional AV, LV, IT, Control, Lighting, and Shading installation and support.

Hours Per Week: 40 Hours Per Week
Days Per Week: Mon-Fri (7:00am-4:00pm)

Your Day-to-Day

Team Management

Supervise, train, and mentor the technical team
Hiring, onboarding, and evaluation of technicians
Task list creation/assignment
Schedule creation
Trigger product needs to purchasing
Job Site quality control
Maintain safety protocols and company policies

Installation Standards (SOP's)

By Phase: Pre-Wire, Trim, Final
By Subsystem: A/V, IT, Control, Lighting, Shading
Meticulous wire management and rack builds
Documentation and enforcement of those standards

Requirements & Abilities

5yrs+ Leadership managing technical teams (install)
Ability to read plans, RCP's, device plots, etc
Experience: IT, AV, Data Centers, BMS, Security/Access
Preferred AV-related Certs: Avixa, BICSI, CTS
Preferred LV Brands: Lutron, Crestron, Savant, C4, Qsys, Alarm.com
Travel to client sites is required
Lift +50lbs
Valid driver’s license
