Schedule & Pay

Typical workday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Monday–Friday)
Weekly pay
Rotating on-call weekends
Pay based on experience
Opportunities for bonuses and overtime

We service areas throughout San Antonio, extending as far south as Von Ormy and north to New Braunfels.

Responsibilities

Start up, maintain, diagnose, balance, and repair HVAC systems
Service and diagnose ice machines
Install and maintain mini-split systems
Arrive at the office or job site by 8:00 AM, Monday through Friday
Troubleshoot heating and cooling systems using strong mechanical knowledge
Perform equipment repairs in compliance with industry standards
Provide professional field service and customer support
Safely operate company vehicles when traveling to job sites

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years HVAC experience
EPA Certification and TDLR license required
Strong work ethic with excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work in attics, crawl spaces, and lift heavy objects regularly
Team-player attitude

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $38.00 per hour
