Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team! In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal operation, maintenance, and repair of a wide range of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Duties

Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC systems, refrigeration units, kitchen equipment, and other mechanical systems to ensure optimal performance.
Troubleshoot and repair appliances, HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning & Refrigeration) systems, and mechanical equipment using schematics and technical manuals.
Install new appliances and mechanical systems following manufacturer specifications and safety standards.
Conduct repairs on kitchen equipment such as ovens, dishwashers, refrigeration units, and other specialized appliances.
Operate company vehicles safely for maintenance tasks across multiple sites while adhering to all transportation policies.
Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals to diagnose issues accurately.
Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, parts used, and inspections completed.
Lead or assist with construction projects or upgrades related to mechanical or electrical infrastructure when required.
Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with team members and clients regarding maintenance issues or project updates.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a service technician with a strong background in appliance repair, HVAC/R systems, refrigeration, or mechanical systems repair.
Knowledge of schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals for troubleshooting complex equipment.
Hands-on experience with HVAC system repair—including air conditioning—and appliance installation or maintenance.
Mechanical knowledge applicable to various equipment types including kitchen appliances and industrial machinery.
Ability to operate company vehicles safely and efficiently while following all safety protocols.
Construction experience or familiarity with building infrastructure is a plus.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly.
Experience with maintenance operations including repair & operations (MRO), equipment repair, and preventive maintenance strategies.
Leadership qualities that enable effective teamwork and problem-solving in fast-paced environments.

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
