What You'll Do

Lead residential HVAC installation projects
Perform service calls and diagnostics as needed
Mentor and train apprentice installers
Ensure installations meet manufacturer specifications and local code requirements
Maintain high-quality workmanship and attention to detail
Communicate professionally with homeowners
Represent Design Flow with integrity and professionalism

Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years of residential HVAC experience
Lead installation experience required
Service and diagnostic experience preferred
EPA Universal Certification
Maryland Journeyman License preferred (or ability to obtain)
Strong understanding of airflow, duct design, refrigeration, and electrical troubleshooting
Clean driving record
Positive attitude and team-first mentality
Journeyman License preferred or ability to sit for exam
Strength in technology
