Pay: $18.00 – $38.00 per hour

Position Overview

This is a shop fabrication position in a fast-paced industrial pipe fabrication environment.

We are currently hiring:

Pipe Fitters
Welders
Combo Welder/Fitters

Candidates must be capable of working in a production-driven setting while maintaining strict quality standards. Overtime opportunities available.

Key Responsibilities

Pipe Fitters:

Read and interpret blueprints, isometric drawings, and specifications
Lay out, fit, and assemble carbon steel piping systems
Measure, cut, bevel, and prepare pipe for welding
Ensure proper alignment and fit-up according to drawings
Meet daily production goals while maintaining high quality standards

Welders:

Perform high-quality welds using:

o SMAW (6010 & 7018)

o FCAW

o MIG

Weld carbon steel pipe in various positions
Follow WPS and quality control procedures
Maintain consistency, penetration, and weld integrity
Meet daily production goals while maintaining strict quality standards

Qualifications

Required:

Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Pipe Fitter and/or Welder, or trade school completion
Experience working with carbon steel piping
Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings
Knowledge of pipe fitting tools and fabrication equipment
Strong attention to detail and quality control
Ability to work in various positions and confined spaces
Reliable transportation
Must pass in-house weld test (for welding applicants)

Preferred:

Experience with water and wastewater piping systems
Experience fabricating 18”–36” pipe
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Forklift and overhead crane experience

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
Stand, kneel, bend, and work on feet for extended periods
Work in shop environmental conditions (heat, cold, noise)
