We are looking for an organized, motivated, and customer focused Roofing Project Manager to oversee roofing projects from start to finish while ensuring every homeowner receives an outstanding experience.

Responsibilities

Manage residential and commercial roofing projects from contract signing to final completion.
Ability to manage multiple crews and projects simultaneously while maintaining quality, safety, and scheduling expectations.
Material planning, verifying, and tracking.
Conduct regular meetings with foremen.
Perform daily job site visits to ensure quality, safety, and production standards.
Communicate daily with customers, providing project updates and addressing concerns.
Manage change orders and obtain customer approvals when needed.
Ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
Perform project completion inspections.
Manage punch lists and callbacks as needed.
Document project progress with photos, notes, and reports.
Review labor hours and material usage for job costing.
Maintain excellent relationships with suppliers and vendors.

Qualifications

Proven experience (3+ years) managing construction or roofing projects.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience reading estimates, work orders, and project specifications.
Comfortable using computers, smartphones, and project management software.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Ability to climb ladders.

Preferred Qualifications

Residential and commercial roofing experience.
Knowledge of roofing materials, installation methods, and Hawaii building practices.
