Seeking 5-10 years of experience in Access Control, Camera, and Security Systems Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in the installation, maintenance, and repair of automated gates, access control systems, cameras, Hardwired security systems, Commercial fire alarms, and related equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

Installation & Maintenance.
Install and configure automated gates, access control systems, Cameras
Install, program, and configure Hardwired Security systems and Commercial fire alarms
Perform routine maintenance and inspections of systems to ensure optimal performance and safety.
Troubleshoot, repair, and upgrade existing systems and components, including
Customer Support & Service:
Provide high-quality customer service by responding to service requests, explaining service processes, and recommending solutions.
Train clients on the proper use and maintenance of their systems.
Technical Expertise:

- Barrier Arms, Swing, and Slide gate operators

- Strikes, Magnetic Locks

- IP cameras

- Hardwired security systems (Vista 20P and 128BPT a major plus)

- Wireless Security systems (Qolsys, 2Gig, ProSeries)

- Networking experience a must

Work with low-voltage wiring, controllers, sensors, and related components.
Knowledge of integration of all automation components to resolve issues.
Safety & Compliance:
Ensure all installations and repairs comply with local codes and safety per UL.
Qualifications:
Experience: At least 5 years of experience in gate automation and integration.
Skills:
Ability to read technical schematics, wiring diagrams, and troubleshooting manuals.
Knowledge of low-voltage wiring and basic electrical principles.
Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
Good communication skills and ability to interact professionally with customers.

Benefits:

$50,000.00 to $70,000.00 based on experience.
