Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Plumber Technician to join our team and deliver exceptional plumbing services across residential and commercial projects. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems, ensuring compliance with local building codes and safety standards. Responsibilities

Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings using hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment.
Conduct plumbing inspections utilizing cameras and schematics to diagnose issues accurately.
Perform drain cleaning, pipe threading, and assembly tasks to ensure optimal water flow and system integrity.
Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to execute precise installations or repairs.
Operate company vehicles safely while adhering to commercial driving regulations.
Assist with remodeling projects by providing handyman services and construction site experience.
Follow all safety protocols, including heavy lifting procedures and use of personal protective equipment.

Skills

Proven construction experience with a strong background in plumbing installation and repair.
Skilled in drain cleaning techniques and using plumbing inspection cameras for diagnostics.
Knowledge of local building codes, safety standards, and plumbing regulations.
Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, heavy lifting equipment, and company vehicles responsibly.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly.
Experience with construction site management, remodeling projects.
Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and interpreting technical data.

Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour
