Responsibilities:

Install and service low-voltage systems (security, CCTV, alarm, access, data/network, A/V)
Requires a general understanding of installing cables to BICSI/TIA standards, terminating from MDFs/IDFs to user end
Preparation, dressing, Installation, terminations, testing Fiber Cabling
Read and document blueprints up to date, wiring diagrams, manuals, and technical data
Experienced & Certified with Fluke Copper & Fiber Tester
Program security hardware/software and complete system setup
Travel between job sites and communicating professionally with customers
Have basic A/V hand tools: Ex: RJ45/RJ11 crimper, 110 punch down and cordless drill etc.

Qualifications:

Strong experience in the low voltage/security installation field
Ability to communicate clearly in English; customer-friendly attitude, with a professional appearance
Computer skills and familiarity with security industry software
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of Cisco switches/routers and Access Points a plus
Operate scissor lift or cherry picker

Schedule:

Work location: Remote Southeast / Northeast Region

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
