Overview
We are seeking a skilled and energetic Experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), refrigeration, plumbing, and mechanical systems. Your expertise will ensure optimal performance of equipment across various property types, delivering exceptional service to clients and maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality. Responsibilities

Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC systems, refrigeration units, boilers, and related mechanical equipment using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters.
Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and installations on HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning/ Refrigeration) systems to ensure efficient operation.
Conduct complex equipment repairs including appliance repair, plumbing issues, and component replacements.
Read and interpret schematics and HVAC design plans to accurately execute service tasks.
Utilize field service skills to respond promptly to service calls across diverse property types while ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
Maintain detailed service records, logs, and reports for all work performed; communicate effectively with clients regarding system status and recommendations.
Operate a 2 driver vehicle safely for transportation to job sites; handle equipment transportation responsibly.

Skills

Experience with construction processes related to HVAC installation and maintenance projects.
Proven service technician experience with a strong mechanical knowledge base in HVAC systems, refrigeration (including ammonia refrigeration), plumbing, and appliance repair.
Ability to read schematics and HVAC design plans accurately; familiarity with electrical components and troubleshooting techniques.
Knowledge of HVAC/R equipment repair including boilers, air conditioning units, refrigeration systems, and property maintenance systems.
Skilled in using diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters; capable of performing mechanical repairs as needed.
Experience working in field service environments with a focus on property maintenance and equipment upkeep.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; comfortable operating specialized equipment like boiler systems.

Pay: $55.00 - $75.00 per hour
