Job Summary
We are seeking energetic and experienced Plumbing and HVAC technicians at various levels to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing and HVAC systems across commercial and residential projects. Your expertise will ensure that all systems operate efficiently, safely, and in accordance with industry standards. Responsibilities

Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances using hand tools, power tools, and pipe threading equipment.
Assemble HVAC units and components, ensuring proper operation according to schematics and blueprints.
Conduct heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely on construction sites while adhering to safety protocols.
Utilize basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and troubleshooting system issues during installation or repairs.
Collaborate with team members on remodeling projects or system upgrades, applying carpentry and maintenance person skills as needed.
Operate site vehicles such as commercial trucks or vans for material transport when required.

Skills

Valid drivers license
Proven experience and strong knowledge of plumbing, HVAC systems, and/or mechanical principles.
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, pipe threading machines, and welding equipment.
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams accurately.
Experience working on job sites with an understanding of safety procedures.
Mechanical aptitude with a focus on troubleshooting system issues efficiently.
Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and estimations related to installation tasks.
Physical capability for heavy lifting and working in various environmental conditions.
Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) or experience driving large vehicles is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $38.00 per hour
