This is a hands-on role for someone who knows signs inside and out—and takes pride in getting the job done right the first time.

Key Responsibilities:

Install and repair illuminated and non-illuminated signs of all types
Diagnose and repair lighting and electrical issues on-site
Operate bucket trucks and crane trucks safely and efficiently
Use an iPad to log into our work order system (Servizio), document work performed, upload photos, and record time
Interact professionally with customers and represent the company with a positive, solutions-oriented attitude
Collaborate with the sales and project management teams to complete jobs accurately and on schedule

Requirements:

Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience as a lead sign installer or technician
CDL and the ability to operate bucket and crane trucks
Proficient in troubleshooting electrical and lighting issues
Comfortable using an iPad for job documentation (Servizio experience is a plus)
Reliable and punctual — must be ready to start at 7:00 AM sharp
Strong communication and customer service skills
Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to collaborate
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
