We are a growing residential remodeling company looking for a dedicated Project Manager to take ownership of our projects from contract to completion. We specialize in roofing, siding, windows, doors, stone, stucco and gutters.

Compensation & Benefits

$55,000 base salary, with earning potential up to $72,500+ including performance bonuses

Monday–Friday, with Saturdays as needed

Responsibilities

Manage residential remodeling projects from contract through completion
Coordinate subcontractors, materials, deliveries, and job-site logistics
Serve as the primary customer contact throughout the project
Manage project schedules, budgets, and job costs
Conduct job-site walkthroughs and quality inspections
Resolve customer and job-site issues
Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites
Manage punch lists, final inspections, and project close-out
Ensure projects are completed properly and customers are satisfied

Qualifications

Construction or remodeling experience preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage subcontractors and multiple projects
Strong attention to detail and follow-through
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Able to work independently and take ownership of projects

Pay: $55,000.00 - $72,500.00 per year
