Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Sheet Metal Worker and become a vital contributor to precision metal fabrication. In this role, you will be responsible for cutting, shaping, assembling, and finishing sheet metal components with accuracy and efficiency. Responsibilities

Operate a variety of fabrication machinery including press brakes, CNC laser cutters, plasma cutters, CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, stamping presses, and forming machines to shape and assemble sheet metal parts.
Interpret mechanical blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure precise fabrication and assembly of components.
Set up and calibrate machining tools and equipment, ensuring optimal performance for each job.
Measure finished products using precision measurement instruments to verify adherence to quality standards.
Perform welding, forming, and assembly tasks while adhering to safety protocols and quality control procedures.
Conduct routine maintenance on machinery and tools to ensure safe operation and minimize downtime.
Follow safety standards in production environments, including proper handling of tools and materials to prevent accidents.

Skills

Proficiency in operating CNC machinery such as laser cutters, milling machines, lathes, plasma cutters, stamping presses, and press brake machines.
Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
Skilled in using measuring instruments for quality inspection and precision measurement in machining processes.
Experience with welding techniques and metal fabrication processes including forming and assembly.
Familiarity with shop math, basic math skills necessary for measurements and calculations in manufacturing tasks.
Ability to operate hand tools and tooling equipment safely while maintaining high standards of quality.
Knowledge of safety standards in production environments along with adherence to safety protocols during machine operation.
