Responsibilities

-Install fiberglass, cellulose, and other insulation products
-Perform attic and crawlspace insulation projects
-Complete air sealing and energy efficiency upgrades
-Operate insulation blowing and removal equipment
-Maintain a clean and professional job site
-Follow safety procedures and company standards
-Represent the company professionally with customers

Qualifications

-Previous insulation installation experience strongly preferred
-Construction, HVAC, roofing, remodeling, or related trade experience considered
-Ability to work in attics, crawlspaces, and other challenging environments
-Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor daily
-Valid driver’s license
-Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Your New Role

As the Project Manager at Insulation Commandos of Omaha, you will:

Lead the Team: Supervise insulation laborers, assign tasks, and maintain project efficiency.
Hands-On Expertise: Perform and oversee insulation installation, removal, radiant barrier installation, air sealing, and other related tasks.
Train and Support: Guide team members in quality workmanship, safety protocols, and industry standards.
Project Coordination: Organize schedules, manage material deliveries, and ensure projects are completed on time.
Quality Control: Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and proper installation techniques.
Problem Solving: Address and resolve challenges effectively during project execution.
Documentation: Keep accurate records of project progress, materials, and team performance.

Job requirements
